Message	A good tune will idle just fine. You just have to pay for the tune, which a lot of people aren't willing to do. Cams really don't benefit smaller turbos. They primarily open up power up top where the smaller turbos are already running out of steam. The GTX2860 Gen2 is pretty much the go-to turbo these days and it has a ton more room up top so cams will more likely be worth it. Stock/small turbos? Nope.
